What is CrossFit? This is a new and unique training system, which has already become popular around the world. CrossFit in Ukraine is a new phenomenon and many people do not know yet that in many countries, such as the USA, Canada and others, this fitness is demanded of military and police personnel, firefighters, and many sports requiring total or complete physical prowess.

CrossFit has proven effective in these arenas. CrossFit is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for the unexpected.

One of the best things about CrossFit is that it's almost infinitely scalable. If you can't do the workout as prescribed, then you do what you can. Nobody is going to force you to do something you're completely unprepared to do. The CrossFit program was developed to enhance an individual competency at all physical tasks. It is meant to be scaled and suitable for all ages and physical conditions. CrossFit is based on a team/group workout environment. The complete program is based around maintaining a low client to coach ratio and one of the most important characteristics is the fitness programming.

Each member chooses a time that he/she can attend a scheduled class. All participants in that class warm-up together, work on skills together and perform the workout of the day. A variety of exercises allows you making each class interesting and constantly discovering something new. Stars of world sport and beginners do workouts at our gym. You will always be greeted with enthusiasm and treated with respect by all our staff members.
